The Christmas Countdown

Thursday, September 1st, 2011

Can it really be true that some retailers are already looking ahead to Christmas? You bet it can!

The reality is that most stores (both online and offline) will have been planning for months already. They’ll be wanting to maximise the income that they generate over the festive period.

As consumers, we’ll be on the look out for bargains of course! Here at Offer UK, we have some great plans for the months ahead. We’ll be taking a look at the very best discount codes and offers that are made available across a wide range of areas.

It doesn’t quite seem natural to think about Christmas just yet – the summer’s not been great, but there’s no snow on the ground here yet! But it’s always a great time to think about shopping and getting great deals online.

That’s what we’re here for!

Shopaholic Shopping Blog

Wednesday, October 6th, 2010

As you might imagine, we spend a lot of time looking at retailers websites, press releases and general shopping sites. Some are great fun to read. Others…well, not so much so!

When we do find a good site, we’re happy to talk about it!

Which brings us nicely to the Shopaholic shopping blog – we like what they do! They provide some good information on products that many of us weren’t previously aware of. They also blog often, which is key to a successful blog in our view!

So, check the Shopaholic blog out if you get a chance!

Autumn has arrived

Sunday, October 11th, 2009

Brrrr…it’s cold outside!

It seems to have suddenly crept up on us, but Autumn is most definitely here. So what are we going to do about it? We’re going to think of some great ideas to cheer us all up, that’s what!

We’ve been asking a few of you about your Autumnal shopping habits and here are some great suggestions on what you could be buying right now!

1. A holiday – we like this one! If it’s too cold in the UK then why not think about escaping to somewhere warmer?

2. Warm clothes. Sensible! If we can’t get away then let’s at least make the best of being at home!

3. Christmas presents. We hear that some people do like to start their Christmas shopping nice and early. We’ve never really understood the need to, but it may work for you!

Be a happy shopper this autmn!
